Jump up there with Miriam or fly up with Gebel's bat. It's impossible to miss, being just to your right on an elevated platform. Stage 07 - Defiler of Taboos You'll see the armor on the third screen of the stage, after the room with all the elevators. If you have Zangetsu's double jump, you can drop straight down and jump onto the platform at the last second. To reach it, you can slide under the adjacent platform with Miriam, fly down with Gebel's bat transformation, or freeze the lava with Alfred's ice magic and jump down. Stage 06 - Tragedy of Slaughter You'll see the gauntlet on the second screen of the stage, below you. Alternatively, you can use Alfred's ice magic at the right time to freeze the dragon and climb up it like a staircase, but this requires great timing. If you have Gebel, just transform into the bat and fly up there and grab your heart while dodging the dragon's fireballs. Stage 05 - Sunder the Night You'll see this one partway through the stage, floating on a platform guarded by a wall dragon. As a bonus, drop straight down and attack the wall directly to your right to find a hidden health restore - nice. Alternatively, fly up with Gebel's bat transformation. Use Miriam's high jump to ascend the wall to your right, then jump up onto the floating platform and slide through to receive your prize. Stage 04 - Blasphemy unto Heaven Relatively late in the stage, you'll take a staircase up onto a roof, and you'll see the urn right above you. Even if you have Zangetsu's double jump, you can't reach this one with him, so don't try. Either slide under with Miriam or fly through with Gebel's bat transformation. The heart will be just to your left as you enter, but the gap to get to it is small. Near the end of the stage, you'll descend into a dark room with many staircases heading down.
Stage 03 - The Brilliant Void Once again, this one is in a mandatory route and impossible to miss.
If you're on nightmare mode, you can also use Gebel as the bat to get through this gap. Do so and then slide under with Miriam to grab it.
It's blocked by a wall, but you can destroy the block in the lower left corner. Continue down this hallway and soon you'll see the urn underneath an elevated platform. Near the end of the stage you'll descend a staircase into an icy hallway. Stage 02 - Frigid Hell This is along the mandatory route so there's no way to miss it, though you need Miriam alive to access it. Watch out for the demon about halfway through - I recommend using Miriam's triple daggers or getting up close with Gebel. Continue through this hallway, and at the end you will find a heart. Switch to Gebel and turn into the bat and fly up there. At the end of the very first screen, before you enter the building, there is a staircase on the top right.
BLOODSTAIN CURSE OF THE MOON SECRETS UPGRADE
Upgrade Locations Stage 01 - Moonlight Temptation - Nightmare Mode Only You need Gebel to access this heart, so you can only reach it in Nightmare mode. The armor increases every character's defense, making any attack that would do multiple units of damage deal one less instead.The gauntlet increases every character's attack power, adding an extra point of damage onto every basic attack.The urn increases the maximum amount of magic by 10 units.These can be found in stages 1 (only in Nightmare mode), 3, and 5. It also fully restores the health of whichever character picked it up. The heart increases every character's health bar by two units.
That said, the heart in stage 1 can only be reached in Nightmare mode. There is an upgrade in every level excluding stage 8 and stage 9.
